Firmalarımızdan Paxie Games, Güney Kore merkezli DoubleU Games Co., Ltd. tarafından satın alınıyor!
Yapılan anlaşmaya göre, ilk aşamada Paxie Games'in %60 hissesi 27 milyon dolar karşılığında DoubleU Games tarafından satın alınacak. Kalan %40 hisse ise belirli finansal hedeflerin gerçekleştirilmesi şartıyla, 40 milyon dolara kadar ulaşabilecek ek bir bedel karşılığında, önümüzdeki üç yıl içinde devredilecek. Bu hedeflerin de gerçekleşmesi durumunda, Paxie Games toplamda 67 milyon dolar karşılığında DoubleU Games'e satılmış olacak.
Açıklamalara göre, satın alma işleminin ilk aşamasının 2025 yılının ilk çeyreğinde tamamlanması bekleniyor. DoubleU Games, bu satın almayla hızla büyüyen Merge-2 puzzle pazarına stratejik bir giriş yapmayı hedefliyor.
